Here
is another Great striper that was caught at Meldahl Dam on
August 23, 2009. |

This
nice 5lb Striper was caught bouncing a fat nighcrawler at
the Dam just outside the first gate. The
nightcrawler would hit the water and sink. After a
few seconds the stripers were picking them up and running
with them. The turbulent waters are perfect on cool
days for catching big stripers. |

This
nice channel cat was caught at the Meldahl Dam in July
2009 by Robin W. She caught two nice channels back
to back weighing 6-7 lbs. each. They may not be the
biggest cats in the River but currently they are the
biggest on the Fish Wall of Fame!! |
